In Fig.17 is presented the path of the first specimen, that produced by the proposed code into FEMAP, and the comparison with the experimental path. For the FEA, about 5450 plane elements (6 node triangular, and 8 node quadrilateral) with global mesh size 0.2 mm have been used. It appears that the results are very close. In Fig.18 is shown the second specimen and the comparison of the results. In the second specimen, about 6560 plane elements with global mesh size 0.1mm have been used, and the trajectories are almost identical.
