Comparative studies In 2015 a comparative study was carried out to analyse the behaviour of different brace configurations according to the Venezuelan code [18]. The structures were initially designed as moment resisting frames and integrated with six different bracing configurations: concentric and eccentric braces with or without horizontal and vertical links.
