Fig. 8 shows a correlation of failure life by the modified non-proportional strain range. In the figure, all of the date can be plotted within the factor of 2 band. It suggests that   NP becomes a suitable parameter for evaluation of the creep-fatigue failure life under non-proportional loading. C ONCLUSIONS (1) In the push-pull loading test (proportional loading test), failure life is decreased with decreasing in the strain rate resulting in creep damage.
