Materials The structure of the roof is mainly made of five different materials. • Sections ("C" or "double T"), made in Al 6061 T6 aluminium alloy; • Sheets, made in Al 2024 T3 aluminium alloy; • Plates, made in Al 7075-T651 aluminium alloy; • Elements of constraint (hinges and pendulums), made in Al 2024 T351 aluminium alloy; • Connection panel sides, made of fiberglass. The mechanical properties of metallic materials are listed in Tab. 2.
